QUALIFICATIONS OF RENÉE DARWIN BOND
Renée Darwin Bond was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She attended local schools and graduated from Alamo Heights High School in 1978. She attended and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1982 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. Courses completed included physics, drafting, structural and architectural design courses, economics, accounting, materials and construction, architectural history.
She was a licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado, from August 1982 through February 1986 and specialized in the marketing and sales of residential properties. In addition she was associated with Adams Construction Company a custom home builder in which she assisted in the drawing of working plans, marketing and creating graphic presentations. From February 1986 through May 1989 she worked for the Law Offices of Heard, Goggan, Blair, Williams & Harrison as a Lawsuit Production Coordinator. She was responsible for the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes for Bexar County, and various incorporated cities and school districts within the county.
She was associated with Noble, Glen & Associates from June of 1989 through October of 1989 as a research assistant for the appraisers. She was associated with Joseph N. Woller & Company as an appraiser from November 1989 to November 2019. She is currently associated with Eckmann Groll, Inc., as an appraiser.
Properties she has analyzed and assisted in rendering opinions of value include, but are not limited to, the following: central business district commercial properties, apartment complexes, office warehouses and light industrial properties, neighborhood and area shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and motels, convenience stores with gasoline sales, subdivision developments, medical clinics and veterinary clinics, day care facilities, self-storage facilities, a variety of commercial and special purpose properties, restaurants, rural properties and assisted living facilities.
