They have experience appraising properties in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation, the TxDOT ROW Appraisal and Review Manual, 49 CFR Part 24 Sub-Part B of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Real Estate Acquisition Guide for Local Public Agencies, and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA-Yellow Book). The state certified appraisers have completed the courses and continuing education as required by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board to maintain their state certifications. Lynn G. Eckmann, MAI, Carl K. Eisenhauer, MAI, and Randy Reed, MAI, have completed the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute. The firm is certified by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), as Lynn G.
